  • ORDERS MUST BE MADE 2 WEEKS BEFORE DELIVERY DATE

    ORDERING, CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND DESIGN CHANGE POLICY:

    Orders must be placed 2 weeks prior to delivery date.

    Completion of this purchase shall serve as our contract. Payment will NOT be refundable, unless Paint Misbehavin' decides to terminate the contract, for a major cause, letting the customer know with reasonable time, but, Paint Misbehavin' will be always courteous to all our customers and will try to honor this commitment. If the Customer cancels or postpones the rentals and decor for any reason, payment will NOT be refunded, however, a credit is issued, which can be applied to any future event for up to one (1) year, based on our schedule and new prices. Any paid money will not be credited if the cancellation, modification or postponement, requested by the customer, occurs within seven (7) days of the scheduled delivery date. If the customer decides to re-schedule the installation of the order, will be subject to a Fee of 10% of the total amount. A design change fee minimum of 10% of the new total will be applied to all the changes made within seven (7) days of the event date. All prices are subject to change at any moment. Fees may vary depending on the extent of the change. 

    OUTDOOR EVENTS

    Sunshine, wind, and other atmospheric conditions dramatically affect balloon decor. For all outdoor events, classic balloon decor, delivery, and balloon sculpture CANNOT be guaranteed to withstand inclement weather. Customers should have a secondary plan to include an indoor location for deliveries. All sales are final.

    OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS

    Delivery for rental needs to be at least 2 hours before the event depending on how big of installation the order is. Pick-up time for rentals when applicable is no more than 1 hour after the event or the next business day. All the equipment used for the event is the property of “ Paint Misbehavin'” and is used on a rental basis. The customer is fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for strikes and teardowns. Should all equipment and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the customer will be responsible for the replacement cost of the missing equipment or material.

    RETURN / REFUND POLICY

    All sales are final. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have accepted the balloon decorations and goods as delivered.
    We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
    - Damage caused by mishandling or improper care
    - Color or design variations
    - Incorrect sizing or quantity
    - Change of mind or cancellation of event
    Please carefully review your order before finalizing delivery / installation, as we cannot make changes or cancellations once an order is delivered / installed.
    By accepting our products, the customer acknowledges that they have inspected the decorations and goods and are satisfied with their quality and condition.
    We take great care in crafting and delivering our balloon decorations, and we're confident you'll love them! However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or issues arising from improper handling, care or miscommunication by and from the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
